Aequitex is a Swiss digital liquidity marketplace based in Zug.
Since the first walking tests in Slovenia after its foundation in 2017 (at that time still under the name Hiveterminal), several companies registered on the platform and many invoices have been pre-financed through the platform. In this way, Aequitex became a credible partner that operated transparently, responsibly and provided proof of concept.
In 2021, the company received a Swiss VC investment and moved its headquarters to Switzerland to pursue expansion into the DACH region and other European countries.
Then in 2023 came the rebranding and with it an improved onboarding process that makes it even easier for SMEs to access liquidity and for interested investors to buy into their accounts.
